E-commerce Manager - Maternity Cover

You will work closely with our brand team, who collaboratively plan and execute campaigns and product launches, ensuring that Rudolph Care is presented across all platforms as a cohesive universe and a strengthened brand – not only in Denmark but also internationally.

The role and responsibilities of the E-commerce Manager

You should be excited to:

  • Be responsible for sales, daily operations, and development of www.rudolphcare.com
  • Collaborate closely with the brand team to plan and execute campaigns and product launches, as well as implement strategies to increase sales and conversion
  • Add/create/upload products, landing pages, campaigns, and monitor price changes
  • Strategically activate and further develop our loyalty club, Rudolph Care Club
  • Plan and enhance website functionality, including improving user experience and customizing features, content, product information, and navigation
  • Be attentive to tracking and minimizing errors in orders, payments, inventory management, as well as coordinate and exchange data with warehouse and provide technical support
  • Report sales data weekly and make monthly follow-ups on KPIs for the year in collaboration with our Digital Strategist
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Coordinate and project manage with external agencies, consultants, and partners
  • Set up mailflows in Customer.io
  • Forecast web orders and inventory for the webshop

Your qualifications

We would love for you to:

  • Have several years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Think commercially and possess a good sense for personalized customer experiences and customer journeys
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to use this data in practice
  • Have knowledge of Shopify, Craft, and Customer.io (or similar)
  • Have a broad experience with e-commerce-related disciplines including web and app development, advertising, SEO, email marketing, data collection, and utilization
  • Are proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Are a problem solver, able to identify, test, and evaluate systems and tools
  • Have a hands-on approach to daily tasks, where you can plan, structure, and execute tasks independently in a dynamic environment
