On the occasion of Christmas, you can return your purchase until January 31st 2022. Find our return procedure further down this page.

Delivery

The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. Rudolph Care is responsible for the purchase until you have received it. The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.

The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the packet pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the webshop when ordering.

The price for shipment inside EU is EUR 18,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 99,00. For purchases for more than EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge.

Shipping outside EU is EUR 25,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 159,00. For purchases for more than EUR 160,00 delivery is free of charge.

Return

You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

- notifying Rudolph Care hereof and returning the product
- refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
- omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. The notification should be sent to webshop@rudolphcare.com. You can also use a standard cancellation form and send it to Rudolph Care, if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can find the form further down this page.

You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

Products excluded the cancellation right

Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:

- delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.
