Junior Customer Service and B2B Support – Temporary Position at Rudolph Care

At Rudolph Care, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Service and B2B Supporter for a full-time, 6-month temporary position – with the possibility of a permanent role afterward. We’re looking to fill the position as soon as possible, and we expect you to be available throughout the summer.
You’ll join our dedicated and ambitious team where we combine beauty and responsibility in everything we do. In this role, you’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers and partners – which is why it’s essential that you meet them with professionalism, warmth, and respect.
You’ll play a key role in our team, helping to ensure that both our B2B and B2C customers enjoy a smooth and personal experience.
Your responsibilities:
• Main point of contact for our B2C customers via email and phone
• Support and manage B2B orders in close collaboration with our warehouse
• Handle product data and updates in our B2B systems
• Manage returns and claims
• Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience across B2B and B2C
• Support the development and implementation of new services and processes for both B2B and B2C
Your qualifications:
• Experience with customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Familiar with ERP systems – ideally Traede
• Enjoys a dynamic workday with diverse tasks and customer contact
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Service-minded and solution-oriented – approaches tasks with both overview and care
• Communicates clearly and proactively, ensuring internal and external stakeholders stay informed
• Fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written
