It also has a cleansing effect and soothes minor skin problems such as redness and easily irritated skin.

Honey naturally retains moisture as it both attracts and holds it. The vitamins in honey are primarly ascorbic acid, vitamin C and vitamin B. The relevant minerals in honey are phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, sodium and potassium. Equal parts of the proteins in honey come from plant materials and from the bees.

Raspberries contain citric acid, malic acid, formic acid, sugar, tannic acid, pectin, flavonoids and vitamin C that all strengthen and nourishes the skin. It has special moisturizing and caring ingredients.

Silk protein is particularly recommended for dry or damaged hair, upon which it has a conditioning effect and leaves a protective coating on the hair, increasing moisture retention on the hair surface.
