Rudolph Care is looking for a welcoming, independent, and service-minded Sales Advisor in the Aarhus area, who will bring the Rudolph Care universe to life for our retailers and customers in a full-time position. The role requires flexibility, as working hours may include evenings and weekends, and participation in events and customer activities will be part of your schedule. Start: As soon as possible.

The Role

You drive sales in your area and are present where and when customers are in the stores. From time to time, you will also train retailers in Rudolph Care products. You have a natural sense of sales, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by creating great customer experiences. You report to the Head of Sales.

Your Responsibilities

Sales activities, customer and event arrangements, store visits, demonstrations, and training. A key part of your role is to follow up on your sales figures and targets. The role includes travel within Jutland on an everyday basis, so a valid driver’s license is required. Fluent Danish skills is also a must.

About You

You are structured, self-driven, and outgoing, able to stay calm and organized in busy periods, and take initiative in sales and customer situations. You thrive in a varied workday, enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and are happy to lend a hand when needed. You have a natural interest in skincare and a desire to dive into our products and ingredients, as well as an understanding of budgets. Experience from the lifestyle or beauty industry is an advantage.
