Marie Lodberg is Head of Communications and Cajsa Bonnevier is SoMe Manager at Rudolph Care. They share an office – and a passion. Unsurprisingly, they love skincare.
Some people collect stamps, others collect products – but these two also know that quality always wins over quantity. Through years of research, they’ve found their favorites. Take a peek over their shoulders as they open their toiletry bags and highlight the essentials.

Why do you love skincare?
“Because it’s about doing something good for yourself. For me, cream isn’t just a white mass you apply to your skin, just as serum isn’t just a bottle filled with active ingredients. Each product is like a small key that can open the door to a universe I can step into; a sanctuary from the rest of life that moves at breakneck speed and constantly demands things of me. Those five minutes every morning and evening that I spend on myself, my skin, and the body I live in, I prioritize highly. And when you’re lucky enough to work with products you’re proud of, that you can 100 percent stand behind – and which, I swear, give that wonderfully coveted glow – then it’s… yes, a gift.”
What’s your favorite Rudolph Care combination?
“Açai All in One Moisturizer mixed with the self-tanning drops A Hint of Summer – The Classic. Beautiful skin in no time. Skin that looks like a Danish summer’s day – fresh cheeks and freckled energy. No, you won’t get freckles from using Rudolph Care products, but you know what I mean.”
Which step in your routine do you enjoy the most?
“I love cleansing my skin. The feeling of starting fresh every morning, and saying goodnight and thank you for the day in the evening. Think about it – it’s the same step, with the same effect on the skin, but the experience is completely different depending on whether it’s 7 a.m. or 9 p.m. Gentle Cleansing Foam is my favorite cleanser; soft, fluffy clouds that meet the skin.”
What are your three favorites right now?
“Hand and Body Soap by the sink. I love the big, chunky size – it just stands there and says: ‘Hi! I’m right here, I’m not going anywhere, I’ll always be here for your hands!’ And look at it, it’s gorgeous.”
“Mist Delight. I can’t say it enough. Are you dry? Mist. Tired? Mist. And please, use it before serum. It’s like the serum gets superpowers on top of a layer of Mist Delight.”
“Açai Facial Oil. This oil is the best idea in the world. Because it melts into the skin – and yes, I mean into the skin, it doesn’t just skate across the surface. Two drops on top of my cream are enough. Hello, cheekbones! The oil is responsibly sourced and is the very essence of Rudolph Care: care for skin and for the planet. What’s not to like?”

Why do you love skincare?
“Exactly as Marie says, skincare is so much more than just products and active ingredients. For me, it’s a moment just for myself. It’s when I check in with myself, look at my skin and feel how I’m doing. How was the night? How has the day been? What do I need right now? Am I stressed, tired, or energized? It’s just as much a mental ritual as a physical one when I stand in front of the mirror and apply my products. For me, it’s about giving myself love and listening to my body.”
What’s your favorite Rudolph Care combination?
“I actually have two favorite duos. Time to Glow Peeling Mask together with Açai All in One Serum. If you haven’t tried it, you’ve really missed out – GLOW! Goodbye dead skin cells and hello cell renewal. The other duo is one of the finest things you can give yourself: Açai Body Balm mixed with Hand and Body Cream. I’m obsessed with body care, and this combination is the best.”
Which step in your routine do you enjoy the most?
“I love moisturizing my body, and I do it every night. It started after I listened to a podcast about self-love and self-hate. A woman, who had struggled for a long time to accept her body, shared that her psychologist had recommended she, for an entire year, apply body lotion to her whole body every evening in front of the mirror. That stuck with me – and since then, moisturizing has become my own little moment of care. A way to thank my body for everything it does every day, and at the same time, a moment of calm before I go to bed.”
What are your three favorites right now?
“Mist Delight is a no-brainer. You’ll find it on my desk, in my pouch, in my bathroom cabinet at home. I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to mists, and I have several criteria for whether I’ll keep using one. It has to distribute evenly and not feel like a shock to the face – more like gentle rain. It has to smell nice – not overwhelming, but subtle and pleasant. And it has to hydrate. Mist Delight checks all the boxes.”

“Açai All in One Eye Cream. This was actually the cream I didn’t know I needed until I tried it. Oh my, it’s divine. It has the most wonderful consistency that melts into the skin, it doesn’t irritate my otherwise sensitive eye area, and it keeps my skin hydrated all day – while also sitting beautifully under makeup.
